SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC. Many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Production times vary depending on the product type and customization requirements.
Typical production estimates:
- Vinyl Graphics & Decals: 5–7 business days
- Tire Covers, Seat Covers & Sunshades: 10–14 business days
Production times are estimates only and may vary during holidays, promotional events, severe weather conditions, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location, order size, and the shipping method you select at checkout.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer multiple shipping options during checkout depending on your location and product availability.
Shipping transit times provided at checkout are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Purchasing expedited shipping does not reduce production time unless specifically stated on the product listing.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING — ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS. Shipping rates and transit times for these destinations may differ from standard domestic rates and will be calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship internationally to many countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- VAT taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Additional local delivery charges
Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $59.99 unless otherwise stated during promotions or special events.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members first, then contact the carrier to file a missing package report. We are happy to assist, but cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the carrier.
Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Weather delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible but cannot be held responsible for carrier errors after transfer.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Address correction fees charged by the carrier for inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout will be the customer's responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a package being returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued for the product cost minus the actual outbound shipping cost incurred, regardless of whether free shipping was applied to the original order.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment. If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued for the product cost minus the actual outbound shipping cost incurred, regardless of whether free shipping was applied to the original order.
