The Process
How Custom Orders Work
We keep it simple. From first contact to finished product, here’s what to expect.
Send Us Your Request
Email us at info@jeepdecalstore.com or use the contact form. Tell us what you’re looking for — product type, size, colors, and any reference images or files you have. The more detail, the better.
Receive Your Mockup
We’ll send a digital proof for your review before anything goes to production. You’ll see exactly what the finished product will look like — colors, sizing, placement, and all.
Approve & Pay
Once you’re happy with the mockup, you’ll approve the design and complete payment. Note: the production clock starts at approval, not at the time of your initial order.
We Build & Ship It
Production typically takes 7–14 business days. We’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your custom order leaves our shop.
