RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC, many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. Please review all product details, sizing, fitment information, and customization options carefully before placing your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
For eligible physical products, we offer a 30-day return window beginning on the delivery date, as confirmed by your tracking information.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

CUSTOMIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect or production error is present.
This includes:
- Custom decals
- Personalized products
- Custom tire covers
- Custom graphics
- Special-order items
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If a manufacturing defect, production error, or shipping damage is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
If your item does not match the product as represented on our website, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a reprint or replacement as a priority — free of charge.
If visible shipping damage is present upon delivery, we recommend photographing the package before opening and contacting us immediately.
INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER
Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC is not responsible for damage caused during installation, removal, improper application, misuse, or normal wear of products.
Professional installation is recommended for larger, perforated, wrap-style, or complex graphics.
Customers assume full responsibility for proper installation and application of purchased products.
TIRE COVER SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for verifying tire measurements and selecting the correct tire cover size before placing an order.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, incorrect size selections do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Use our Spare Tire Cover Calculator to confirm your size before ordering.
Customers selecting tire covers with backup camera openings are responsible for choosing the correct camera-hole option for their specific vehicle configuration.
ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.
Once an order enters production or has shipped, cancellations, modifications, or exchanges may no longer be possible.
Because many products are produced quickly after purchase, please contact us immediately at if you need to make any changes to your order.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution — please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
