How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, look for the “Discount code” field on the order summary screen. Enter your code and click Apply before completing your purchase. The discount will be reflected in your order total.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated in the offer. Free shipping thresholds still apply on top of discount codes.

Is there a discount for first-time customers?

Yes! New customers can unlock an exclusive welcome discount by subscribing to our email list below. Check your inbox (and your spam folder) shortly after signing up for your code.

How often do you release new discount codes?

We run deals throughout the year — major holidays, seasonal events, new product launches, and surprise flash sales. Email subscribers always get early access, sometimes days before we announce publicly. It’s the best way to never miss a deal.

Do you offer a military or veteran discount?

My discount code isn’t working. What should I do?

Double-check for typos or extra spaces, confirm the code hasn’t expired, and make sure it applies to the items in your cart — some codes exclude sale items or specific collections. Still having trouble? Contact us and we’ll sort it out.
